Day 1 of my holidays. It is to early when the alarm goes off at 4:30 am. But when you book the first flight out on a black Friday ticket…

My friend Hagen is also up and soon everything is ready. Taxi arrives at 5:25 am and just minutes later your Credit card starts to cry.

Airport is empty. Only the Norwegian flight that early. I am interested to see if my flight to Copenhagen is still on. Fewer problems for Hagen going to Hamburg.
I saw on Flightradar, that my later flight is cancelled. Starting the holidays like my last ended. Have to check that out when I arrive in Oslo.

The flight was uneventful. Landed 15 minutes before the time. Getting the luggage and then checking with Norwegian about my flight. The Information was wrong. My flight is not cancelled. Great!

Hagen wants to check in his luggage, but Eurowings does not open Check-in or luggage drop until two hours before the flight. So we rent a storage for some hours. My luggage is checked, but my hand luggage I don’t want to take around.

Geocaching. Hagen has no Caches here and I have some. A big Tour around the airport and parking areas. I got three new ones out there and then we took the free shuttle bus to the terminal to take two more. Successful morning.

A roll for breakfast and we sit outside until the Check in for Hagen opens. Long cue and takes nearly an hour. Luckily the security control is fast. Hagen’s flight is on time and now I have to kill some hours.

Access with my card only 3 hours before departure

Tax-free shopping without any big item. Maybe in Copenhagen. I tried to time my lounge access, but you only can inn three hours prior to your departure.

So more waiting until I can use my Lounge Key for the first time. The Platinum Credit card works.

The lounge is to full. No good eating. I find a small spot and have some snacks, but the foot is nothing to talk about. Good to have it for free thought.

Videos and audiobooks until departure.

Short flight of an hour. Dinner at A-gates with a Danish dog. Then waiting for my luggage. Out to the train, buying my ticket for 150 DKK to Malmö C. Quick ride over the Öresund bridge. The announcement on the train says, that Malmö C is close for maintenance tomorrow. Good to know, I need an alternative to get to Kristianstad in the morning.

At Malmö C I take a taxi to the hotel. Not the cheap, but the Fast solution.

I got upgraded to Superior Room. Nice view, but I only want to hit the hay. Tomorrow I will travel more.
